Privacy Policy – MyPedevilla

MyPedevilla, in its original version or in one of its derived branded versions, is the mobile application (hereinafter also the “App”), connected to the Ristocloud web platform, which enables the remote and digital management of services related to collective catering. For example, once duly customized and managed by each individual collective catering service provider, it allows the consultation of menus published therein, available in one or more active cafeterias, with interactive navigation of recipes.

MyPedevilla (like the Ristocloud platform) is developed by Ristocloud Group S.r.l., Tax Code/VAT No. 09876950966, with registered office in Milan, Piazzale Ferdinando Martini no. 3, email address privacy@ristocloudgroup.com, PEC ristocloudgroup@pec.it (hereinafter also the “Developer”), and is available in the Apple App Store™ for iOS™ and Google Play™ for Android™ (hereinafter collectively also the “app stores”).

The Developer does not carry out any processing of personal data of App users during the download phase from the app stores and the initial configuration screen (hereinafter, with reference to such download phase and first configuration screen, also the “MyPedevilla App”), as at this stage users’ personal data are processed directly and exclusively by the respective app store providers, in their capacity as independent Data Controllers, pursuant to their respective privacy policies available at the following web addresses: https://support.apple.com/en-us/102399 - https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en. 

Following the download of the App onto their mobile device, the Data Subject may scan, on the first configuration screen and through the specific function of the MyPedevilla App, a QR Code made available by another operator to which the specific collective catering service using the App refers. This activates a specific customization of the MyPedevilla App directly and exclusively attributable to that other operator. The user may log in with specific credentials and consult and manage the service both via mobile device and, using the same credentials, via browser, including web access (from the activation of such customization onward, also the “Private MyPedevilla App”).

For any processing of personal data carried out from the activation of the Private MyPedevilla App onward, reference is made to the separate privacy notice provided by such other operator, who, for those subsequent processing activities, acts as the independent Data Controller.
