Summer is upon us, and with it a breath of fresh air!
The Ristocloud team is happy to introduce you to the new 2025.3 release, designed to best accompany your work season.

New Features

  • It is now possible, for enabled users, to export the SMS sent in Excel format
  • In mass sending mode, passwords generated for users can now be sent via email, text message, or both channels
  • New report to extract student balance and difference with meals consumed in a time period of your choice
  • Now the preferred filters in the dashboards (Company, Hospital, School) provide a notification, in case new items not included in the filter have been created
  • Now in the printout of school menus, you can enter the detail of the Carbon Footprint (if I activate the Ecolunch module)
  • The ability to insert a support request button with a custom URL has been added to the MyLunch user portal and app.
  • A summary section has been added for recipes with the status of the CFP calculation and the ability to quickly manage recalculation and report extractions
  • Dashboard Company: There are now two new exports of the Production Summary Report
     

Improvements to Existing Features

  • It is now possible to directly configure the preferred authentication system for user portals, as well as for the MyLunch app.
  • Added the name of the payment service used, in the report details reservations by period.
  • On Dashboard Hospital, Extra Genres Report, lines from the same article have been separated if booked at a different price, to be more accurate than the report.
  • Hospital Dashboard: The weight of the dishes has been added to the special diets report. A diet filter has also been added to the report “Single Distinct”
  • Dashboard Company: User notes have been added to the “Reservations Report” within the printout
  • Now in the printing of booking tags, in the continuous form format, you can choose the text size
  • Some translations into available languages have been updated
  • The system now provides a report of errors linked to a paper scan of the form “Home”. A check has also been introduced to avoid uploading a PDF to an incorrect scan operation. The system has also been optimized and can support majorion-sized PDFs.
  • Added the ability to manage options such as «Artificial Nutrition» «Dietary Service» «Day Hospital» «Block diet changes» even if there is an external integration
  • A check has been introduced so that if a refectory/canteen/living room is connected to some basic entities it cannot be archived
     

MyLunch

  • Added the ability to configure the support request button with custom URL
  • Within the table reservation summary, a display error was fixed which prevented the section from scrolling correctly
