Ristocloud Portal

  • In the recipe book printout, it is now possible to select recipes across multiple pages and print the ingredient sheet, nutritional values, and allergens for the selected recipes.
  • The user/permissions management module has been released to independently activate/modify/close backoffice access for each user role or operator type.
  • A new CAM Dashboard has been developed to monitor compliance with minimum environmental criteria in contract supplies (linked to the Warehouse module).
  • A new bulk recipe import mechanism from Excel files has been built, with the possibility to create and edit recipes.
  • The home meal booking module has been improved, based on AI, providing precise information in case of processing errors and enabling incremental printing and the setting of fixed delivery routes repeated daily.
  • For corporate catering:
    - Delivery route management has been improved and integrated into some Company Dashboard reports.
    - In the “Production Summary” report of the Company Dashboard, a mechanism has been developed to group similar recipes (e.g., “Apple juice”, “Orange juice” under a single entry “Fruit juices”) to simplify production and packaging operations.
    - It is now possible to set in the contract the “maximum daily stampings per user” to automatically apply it to newly created users.
    - Cash register report exports have been improved and enriched with additional information.
    - Catering bookings: authorizations have been aligned with bookings based on authorized or assigned cost centers.
    - The print layout has been improved for certain take-away label formats.
    - Payment reports and exports now include net amount information and additional details to uniquely identify transactions.
    - It is possible to dynamically create a seat booking when a user accesses the cafeteria using our attendance detection devices.
  • For healthcare catering:
    - In bulk booking, the department list is now displayed according to the custom order set in “Master Data > Departments > Sort departments”.
    - The issue requiring entry of admission date and time even for unscheduled admissions has been resolved.
    - We have optimized the system for processing recipe print requests, avoiding delays in processing.
    - The functionality of certain portal sections using a tabular layout has been improved.
