Release 2026.1: a new year begins
The first release of 2026 draws inspiration from the spirit of the Winter Olympics: starting strong, aiming high, and improving performance. Release 2026.1 introduces new features designed to support daily operations.
🚀 New Features and Improvements
For corporate environments:
- a new feature has been developed (manual or automated based on a retention period) for the anonymization and/or pseudonymization of user records
- it is now possible to customize the text of the invitation email to users: in the contract settings, it is possible to personalize the various sections of the text for sending new user credentials
- in cash register operations reports, new filters have been introduced to facilitate search operations
- PagoPA account for the minor supports user identification via tax code
- in reports, the functionality for booking and consumption management related to a place or location has been added
- the possibility has been added to register an invoice when recording a booking
For school environments:
- a new integration with the “Identity Gateway” of the Ministry of Education and Merit has been developed, allowing all community citizens to use SPID/CIE and eIDAS to authenticate
- integrations with the latest available versions for PSP Maggioli, APKappa and DedaGroup have been updated
- in the management of school meal services, the possibility to modify enrollment dates has been added
In the School dashboard, three new reports have been added:
- Total meals per school per diet – groups past data based on diet and allows generating a deviation report compared to a previously created forecast
- Meals forecast per school per diet – generates a structured forecast similar to the previous report
- Booked students per school report – aggregated per school and sorted by class and student name, shows class, name, menu and notes on special diets
For social care environments:
- booking management has been improved through the OMR module
- service request and enrollment management has been improved in terms of customization and deadlines
- in case management for service requests and enrollments, a “Home meal deadlines” report is available to display users nearing deadlines
- during the booking phase, the possibility has been added to book a user even if absent when the meal is scheduled for the day
Centralized platform:
- in the article registry, the optional insertion of price during article creation has been introduced; if not specified, the price will be set to 0 and the unit of measure will be set in grams
- in the Menu module, new functionalities have been added:
- in the management of intervention requests, the possibility to convert RDI into ODM (massive conversion) has been added
- within a Work Order, a new document management system has been developed that allows uploading one or more documents (pdf, doc, xls, jpg) - some detail information has been added in the Excel exports of RDI and ODL.
📱 CresciAMO Application:
The release includes support for the new CresciAMO app dedicated to students’ families for managing school services.
At the same time, the CresciAMO app is being released on public stores (Apple and Google).
The release also includes the resolution of some issues, several minor improvements, system performance optimizations, and corrections to some translation strings.
The release is scheduled for the day, between 21:00 and 22:00.
During this time window, the service may be unavailable (maintenance mode).
