🚀 New Features and Improvements

A new look for the portal

• New visual design: the web portal and backoffice now feature a new color scheme and font, aligned with the RistoCloud brand identity.
• Improved performance: the portal has been optimized to ensure faster loading times.

Corporate catering

• Personalized menus: when display access is restricted to authenticated users, you can choose whether each user sees their own menu or the menu of their facility, both on the portal and in the MyLunch app.
• Temporary and scheduled users: user activation and deactivation can be scheduled. Once the scheduled period ends, RistoCloud automatically deactivates the account.
• Personal barcode in the reserved area: authenticated users can view their personal barcode directly from the web portal, even without a phone or the MyLunch app.
• Reservation kiosks: multiple kiosks can be configured and linked to different reservation services, while maintaining identification via badge. New RistoCloud kiosks can also be equipped with an optical reader for user barcode recognition.
• SPID/CIE for companies: the new version of authentication through the “Identity Gateway” has also been extended to corporate catering.

Healthcare catering

• Smart gastronorm labels: the gastronorm label production system has been enhanced, distinguishing gastronorm containers by course and production area, automatically calculating portions by department and the expiry date based on the recipe's TMC.
• New simplified bulk booking: a new fast and easy booking tool with a grid view by facility/department, including the ability to copy bookings across multiple days.
• New reports: a new report can be exported to PDF and Excel, with full compatibility with scheduled automatic booking.

School catering

• Customizable registration opening: the registration opening date can now be set independently for each school year.
• White diet requests with time limit: a deadline can be set for parents to submit a white diet request.
• Editable mobile number: family members can update their mobile number directly from the reserved area without contacting the school office.

Maintenance module

• Bulk planning: the new “Planned Maintenance” view in Asset Management allows you to schedule interventions on multiple assets and locations at once.
• New frequencies and automatic work orders: new operation frequencies have been introduced, together with the possibility of automatically generating Work Orders.
• Automatic rescheduling: future deadlines and related Work Orders can be automatically updated, rescheduled or cancelled.

Notifications and automatic checks

• Seasonality alerts: you will receive an email when the seasonality of a contract is about to expire and the following periods have not yet been configured. You can choose the email address and advance notice period.
• More reliable EDI flows: if a data file cannot be deposited, the operator is notified. Verification times can be configured.

Ecolunch and sustainability

• Water footprint: the Ecolunch engine now also provides the water footprint value, calculated using the AWARE (Available WAter REmaining) method, in accordance with ISO 14046.
• CO₂ uptake: the CO₂ uptake value has also been introduced, as required by ISO 14067.

Small but significant improvements

• New forecasting tool: the “Forecast by Menu and Contract” feature estimates the purchases required for the entire duration of a contract.
• Ingredient synchronization: when creating a recipe, ingredient searches now show the synchronization status with the RC database.
• Booking method filter: a new filter by booking method is available in the stays registry.
• School Dashboard: several School Dashboard reports have been revised and improved to make better use of the available space.
• Homepage timer: the image slideshow timer on the homepage can now be customized.
