Automatic requirements for kitchens/cooking centres
The system independently calculates what each meal production centre needs, applying procedures specific to the different areas of the community served - schools, healthcare, nursing homes and businesses. Requirements are based on real data - menus and recipes with weights and yields, bookings and absences in schools, frequency of consumption in hospitals and nursing homes, and typical choices and preferences in businesses.
From MPS/MRP to purchase orders
For the defined time frame, Ristocloud generates procurement requirements and proposes automatic orders by supplier. If required, a manager checks/approves the order before it is sent.
Each order is already constructed with supplier codes and the relevant packaging and is broken down by delivery dates consistent with the production of the planned menus, all with very little operational effort.
Smart Receipts and Batch Traceability
Upon receipt, if the DDT is not automated by an EDI flow, it is pre-filled in draft form from the orders fulfilled by the same supplier on the date under consideration. Batch labels can be printed with QR codes for immediate traceability.
Each raw material is connected to a batch and moved according to FIFO, LIFO or FEFO logic to ensure proper inventory rotation. Quality detections and non-compliance reports with full tracking are available.
Ready-to-use integration that follows your workflow
Guided withdrawals for accurate production
Withdrawals are suggested based on expiry dates, product suitability and consistency with recipes and planned diets. This reduces errors and waste, maintains food quality and ensures operational continuity in production, with constant batch traceability, supporting every shift.
Real-time inventory from mobile devices
Inventory is also updated and managed using handheld devices in mobile mode: total or cyclical/rotational inventories. Stock levels are updated in real time, feeding into production and demand processes and reducing stock shortages - simplifying reorder planning with accurate analysis.
Simplified administrative checks
The module verifies consistency between transport documents, orders and invoices, automatically reconciles documents and maintains a history that is always available. This results in faster and more reliable administrative checks, fewer errors and disputes, and complete traceability of the entire cycle, with timely checks.
Integration with accounting management systems
Ristocloud integrates with the main accounting management and ERP systems where needed: orders, delivery notes, invoices, first notes and cost centres. Dedicated mappings and flexible connectivity via API, CSV/SFTP or EDI ensure smooth and traceable processes, with governance, roles and audit trails, with defined roles.
