MyLunch is the digital core of Ristocloud: it manages every aspect of corporate catering quickly and easily, enhancing service quality and satisfaction. It supports major authentication systems (OpenID, OAuth 2.0, Microsoft Azure AD, ADFS, etc.), ensuring secure access in compliance with IT standards.

Menu consultation

Consultation takes place in real time, with constantly updated data on ingredients, allergens and nutritional values, including the complete declaration. Thanks to integration with EcoLunch – the first ISO 14067-certified tool for carbon footprinting – it is also possible to view the environmental footprint of each dish, for a transparent, conscious and sustainable dining experience.

Configurable bookings

Each booking follows configurable rules to manage times, courses, shifts and locations. Price lists adapt dynamically to user groups and agreements, while payment and collection methods vary between canteen, takeaway, delivery, smart fridge or locker. Real-time updates ensure control over availability, production loads and automatic closures.

Attendance management

Reservations can be general or specific, with seat selection from a graphic map of the room. Each request is tracked with history and email notifications. Live occupancy data helps detect peaks, while historical analysis improves space management, reduces waste and optimises logistics.

SmartFridge and Locker

Thanks to integration with smart fridges and automated lockers, bookings can be collected independently, 24 hours a day. Access is granted with a simple tap via the app and automatic recognition, while payment is managed through the digital wallet. A practical and versatile solution, perfect for business environments with flexible hours and distributed spaces.

Digital Wallet

Each user has an electronic wallet to pay for meals and extra purchases. Top-ups can be made using credit cards (Stripe, Nexy Pay), Satispay, PayPal and electronic meal vouchers (Pellegrini and others). All transactions are also tracked and integrated into the management system.

Food diary

A feature dedicated to nutritional wellbeing: it monitors the macro values of meals consumed, the history of choices and overall balance, while promoting healthy and conscious eating habits for employees.
