To expand our team, we are looking for a Business Developer dedicated to developing the school catering segment, with a strong focus on creating new opportunities and solid knowledge of Public Administration dynamics, particularly Municipalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Business development in the school catering segment (Municipalities, Unions of Municipalities, publicly owned companies, catering companies working with Public Administration).
• Territory mapping and identification of new opportunities in line with Ristocloud’s growth strategy.
• Management of the entire sales cycle:
  - prospecting and first contact (phone, email, meetings, events);
  - analysis of client needs (tenders, specifications, regulatory constraints, internal processes);
  - presentation and demonstration of Ristocloud software solutions;
  - preparation of proposals and offers;
  - support during the negotiation phase through to closing.
• Relationship management with Public Administration decision-makers: school service managers, tender and procurement managers, executives and administrators, with the ability to engage all stakeholders involved (technical, administrative, political).
• Support in participation in tenders and competitive procedures, in coordination with the internal team (technical, legal, administrative).
• Market monitoring (regulatory trends, public tenders, emerging needs of Municipalities, evolution of the school catering sector) and proposal of targeted actions.
• Collaboration with marketing and product teams to refine the positioning of the offer toward Public Administration and generate qualified opportunities.
• Continuous CRM updates and reporting on activities carried out and pipeline opportunities.

Must-have Requirements

• Experience (approximately 3+ years) in business development and management of complex negotiations for software/technology solutions or advanced services, preferably within the Public Administration sector.
• Good knowledge of Municipal dynamics: decision-making processes, key roles, procurement procedures, tender and awarding mechanisms.
• Ability to understand complex needs and translate them into value propositions (consultative approach, not just product selling).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with diverse stakeholders (technical, administrative, political).
• Strong focus on achieving targets and measuring results.
• Ability to work autonomously, effectively organizing visits, agenda, pipeline, and priorities.
• Good familiarity with digital tools (CRM, Office suite/Google Workspace, presentations).
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in the school or collective catering sector (as supplier, consultant, or within Public Administration).
• Specific experience in the sale/development of advanced software systems (management systems, cloud platforms, vertical solutions) for Public Administration.
• Knowledge of tender procedures and related regulations:
  - public tenders for school catering services;
  - management of school services and family-related services.

Ristocloud is looking for a frontend-oriented full-stack developer with a strong interest in mobile development in Flutter and frontend web development in React. The resource will join our development team and will be responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of high-performance, modern, and user-friendly mobile and web applications.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications in Flutter (Dart).
• Implement responsive web interfaces using mostly React, but also jQuery and Bootstrap to maintain existing applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create seamless and consistent user experiences across mobile and web.
• Integrate REST APIs and manage communication with external backends and services.
• Contribute to the definition of the frontend architecture and continuous performance improvement.
• Actively participate in code reviews and the Agile development cycle (scrum).
• Ensure code quality through unit and functional testing.

Technical requirements

• Experience in mobile development with Flutter / Dart.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript.
• Experience with React and state libraries (e.g. Redux, Context API).
• Knowledge of jQuery and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of Git and branch-based workflows (GitFlow).
• Familiarity with build and deployment tools (e.g. npm, yarn, vite, webpack).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Redux, Next.js or React Native.
• Native mobile application development experience (Android and iOS)
• UI/UX design basics, using Figma and Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of CI/CD environments (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc).
