Each recipe is associated with its own CO₂e value, calculated according to ISO 14067 thanks to updated algorithms and databases. The data appears alongside nutrients and allergens on the portal and in the myLunch app, and can also be displayed on digital menus and receipts: a true transparency tool that helps users make more informed choices. The functional process
