A single app for students

With the myLunch app (iOS/Android), students can find everything they need in a single channel: always up-to-date menus with allergens and nutritional values, the option to book meals (including takeaway), manage their food diary, and pay via a rechargeable e-wallet or digital wallets. And when they cannot access the canteen during standard hours, refrigerated lockers and smart fridges ensure meal pickup in full autonomy, extending service flexibility to every moment of the day.

Student reports and maintenance

Through the app or web portal, students can easily report any accommodation-related issue, such as technical faults, lighting problems, defective locks or fixtures, attaching photos and a brief description to facilitate handling. Each report is automatically categorized by priority, assigned to the relevant supplier or internal team, and monitored in real time until full resolution. The system provides approval workflows and defined roles that ensure speed, traceability, and transparency at every stage of the process. In addition, thanks to aggregated reporting, it is possible to identify recurring issues, optimize maintenance, and improve the overall quality of services offered to students.

Tariffs, interoperability and security

Ristocloud integrates with the existing systems of student support institutions and university management platforms through SSO (ADFS, OAuth, OpenID) and dedicated connectors, enabling students to automatically access their spending entitlements in a secure and transparent way. The system independently applies tariffs, brackets, exemptions, and regional or university contributions, classifying each transaction in real time and generating automatic reports exportable by period, location, or category. Designed according to privacy-by-design principles and compliant with GDPR, Ristocloud ensures traceability, data security, and differentiated roles for each user profile.
