We transform the features into KPIs useful to the Client
Data comes from production, warehouse, menus, personal records and contracts; it is consolidated by batch, cost centre, period and type of service. On this basis, indicators and deviations from contractual targets, budgets and CAM can be calculated, with logs of corrective actions. The dashboard displays thematic views – delivered vs invoiced, quality/SLA, nutrition, sustainability, economic – and activates alerts and reports ready for audit.

From data to action: the benefits for the organization
After understanding the logic that drives the dashboard, what the Authority sees are clear and actionable outputs. CAM reports, issued monthly or every four months, highlight deviations and propose action plans. The Delivered/Invoiced report provides accurate reconciliation and traceability useful for accounting control. Minutes and inspections can be extracted with attachments and intervention timelines. The Canteen Committee Dashboard delivers a summary of KPIs and trends, ready for PDF export. When required, an Open Data dataset is also available on non-personal indicators to ensure maximum transparency.
For the Authority, this translates into a single source of truth that brings together technical, financial, and quality data, making compliance verification of contract specifications and CAM requirements immediate. Complete traceability reduces disputes, while truly data-driven decisions guide menus, procurement, and ancillary services. Spending is under control thanks to clear evidence of deviations, penalties, and savings. Ultimately, the dashboard is not just a reporting system, but the simplest and most reliable way to govern the service in all its aspects.
