A catering service that connects patients, families, and facilities

The core of Ristocloud lies in its full integration with the facility’s Health Information System. Thanks to the direct connection with the hospital ADT system, the platform automatically acquires the patient’s logistical data (ward, room, bed), enabling precise, real-time management of the catering service. In addition, integration with the electronic medical record allows all relevant information to be associated with the patient, such as the prescribed diet and any allergens.
The synergy created enables our platform to provide advanced tools for the control and management of the Catering Service — Dietary Management, Bookings, and Meal Accounting — which are essential to ensure optimal operations, especially in the management of meals served on personalized trays and/or in multi-portion mode.
This bidirectional connection also makes it possible to feed the nutritional data of the meals actually consumed back into the medical record, thus offering a comprehensive monitoring and traceability tool. The result is an advanced nutritional management console, always up to date, supporting healthcare staff in personalizing meals in compliance with the clinical and logistical needs of each patient.
